Building Authentic Community

We believe life is better when we don’t do it alone. Community life is an important part of staying connected—creating space where we can move beyond simply recognizing familiar faces to truly knowing and caring for one another. It’s where meaningful relationships are built, people find a place to belong, and friends become family.

We all need people to laugh with, grow with, encourage us, and walk alongside us through everyday life. Community Groups create space for those kinds of authentic connections to happen. Whether you’re looking to meet people in your city, connect with others in your neighborhood, find community around a shared interest, or grow deeper in your faith, there’s a place for you. Through Live Groups, Learn Groups and Love Groups, you can find people to do life with as you connect, grow and serve together.

You don’t have to be a Bible expert or have all the answers to host a Community Group. If you have a growing faith, a heart for people, and a desire to help others connect with Jesus and one another, you may already have what it takes.

Hosting is simply leading with a “yes.” It’s creating space for people to gather, build authentic relationships, grow in their faith, and care for one another. You choose the time and location that works best, and we’ll come alongside you with training, resources, and ongoing coaching to help you lead well.

At Cityline, we believe everyone has a next step—and as a Community Group Host, you get to help create a place where others can take theirs.

*Our fall semester of Community Groups begin the week of September 13th thru November 15th (10-wks).
**Group Host Training on: August 30th at 1:30pm (All hosts are required to attend training before hosting a group).
